Yellow under the African sun
Busy eyelashes
Tall neck like a
Chinese chopstick
Dancing with marrionette
Tail like a balancing libra.

Yoshihiro Okumura is originally from Japan, and currently a postgraduate studying Human Rights at University of Sussex in Brighton UK. some of his poems appeared on www.poetrymagazine.com. March 2003, Vol VIII No II. A couple of poems(A poem dedicated to the west pier, Parade) are also to be included in the coming anthologies (A life of Rhyme, Unique Rhyme) by Anchor Books (July 2003).
